Return an Item in Person

You may return an item to our Returns Department at same address as mentioned earlier.

Easy 7-Day Returns Policy

Return is only accpetable if item is damage or not the same as described, you may return it to Overlandgcc within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Overlandgcc reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Overlandgcc can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 working days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Limited Liability

Overlandgcc is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Overlandgcc is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

1. Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

General conditions applicable to all returns

Overlandgcc shall reserve the right to return and exchange a product to the customer if the product returned or exchange does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund or exchange if the product is not eligible for return and exchange.

Shipping and Timelines

• All transactions above AED 1000, would be delivered free of cost, while transactions lesser than 1000, would attract a nominal shipping fee of AED 30.

• Almost all orders are shipped out the next day to the customer and delivered in 2-3 working days. However in rare instances, due to product challenges, some orders might get delayed, and the customer service team would notify you through an email and phone call.

• Cash On Delivery is a facility offered to ease the shopping experience. Consistent misuse of the facility may result in denial of the option to certain customers at the time of checkout.

• Shipping outside UAE is not an automated process and a subject of separate arrangements between a customer and Adventure HQ
